Our die cast machine sizes range from 135Ton – 650Ton. Our casting weights range from 0.04 lb to 22 lbs. Our product range varies from small laptop fan cases to large Traffic light cases and heavy duty motor housings. We melt over 2.2 Million pounds of aluminum per year and service some of the world’s top automotive manufacturers.

All of our die-casting machine are from either Germany(Frech) or Japan(Toshiba, Toyo) which are the most advanced machine makers.

We have precision CNC/MC machining capability for parts requiring secondary machining operations. The advanced machines we have are from Japan such like Moriseki, Mazak…etc.

We have state of art measuring equipments such like ZEISS CNC-CMM, Mitsutoyo CMM…etc. to oversee our quality and doing quality analysis for our studying and continual improvement.
