This framework of procedures and techniques will help customers to get more data about product quality plan which will support development of a product or service that will satisfy your customer. |
| (5) | Failure mode & effects analysis provided(FMEA) We offer standard automotive FMEA documents on any new project to the customer. This procedure in operations management will help customer to analyze the potential failure modes within a system for classification by severity or determination of the effect of failures on the system(new project). |
| (6) | Die design/ Die Maintenance With over 30 years experience, we design dies for perfect casting. We have particular system for die-maintenance so that our dies can be used longer than other die-casters. |

| (8) | Machining & Assembly Our machining dept. is also approved by ISO/TS16949. With SPC tool, we can achieve any extreme machining tolerance. Besides, we also do final assembly for customers. |
